Food you used to be able to eat

So, this morning, in my haste to get to work, I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. My options on campus are small, and my options on my way to campus (what’s open at 7am anyway) aren’t much wider either. Before when I could go to work at 11ish, I would stop and get Pita Pit – but alas, they don’t open until 11. So my options were pretty much Steak and Shake or Burger King. Not wanting to completely ruin my diet for the day, I chose something I thought was the lesser of the evils I could choose. I got french toast and orange juice meal. That comes with hashbrowns too. (I chose that because it seemed better than a greasy microwaved meat thing and fake eggs on an even greasier croissant) So, I eat my hashbrowns, swallow my OJ, and eat one french toast stick. Now I feel like I’m gonna explode. O_o

One thing about dieting and eating well, you rid your body of all the nasty stuff that’s in food like this. And all of a sudden here’s a huge dose of the stuff. I feel like I ate an elephant O_o…
So I actually tried to get rid of it – seriously, it was making me sick. Now I have a nice bowl of miso soup (which was supposed to be lunch, but I have a huge package of the stuff and its cheap, good, and healthy) I think now, if I don’t have time to eat, I’ll just have a few bowls of soup.. or tea or something. Feels so much better than eating elephants.
